Refund Policy

For Offline Classes:


NO fee refunds will be processed once the course is 50% (or more) completed. NO fee refunds will be processed for the students who have availed any discount/concession/offer while enrolling for the course.

A 75% of net fee (total fee – GST) refund will be permitted if a request is submitted in writing before the program (batch) starts.

A 25% of net fee (total fee – GST) refund will be permitted if a request is submitted in writing before the program is 25% completed.

Any refunds will be processed within the current term period and according to the company’s policy. By submitting a request or registering on our site, you agree to our terms and conditions.


For Online Classes:


Customer Satisfaction is our utmost priority. The following is our refund policy for online classes. NO fee refunds will be processed once the purchased online program is activated to explore.

If a refund request is submitted through email before activation of the purchased online program, a 50% of net fee will be refunded after getting approval from the concerned department. This is possible only if it is purchased offline through a prepaid coupon.

The refund for Franchisee will be processed based on Franchisee Discretion.
